Elisabeth De Dobbeleer

Elisabeth De Dobbeleer brings over two decades of diverse experience to her current role as leader of the Cisco Partner Program team, established in March 2024. With a mission to evolve how Cisco engages and delivers value to our customers through and with the ecosystem, Elisabeth and her team focus on the following initiatives: accelerating profitable growth through programs and incentives, driving Cisco preference and competitive advantage through practice building and service creation, and enhancing partner experience through simplified and modernized relationships. Previously, Elisabeth was a key member of the Cisco Transformation Center, focused on accelerating new routes-to-market. In this capacity, she collaborated closely with Cisco’s partners, the Global Partner Organisation, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic transformation initiatives, including the recent launch and operationalization of the next generation of the new Cisco Partner Incentive. Prior to her role in the Transformation Center, Elisabeth served as the leader of Cisco’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Partner Sales and Routes-to-Market, where she was responsible for developing strategic growth initiatives and transformation programs to positively impact Cisco’s partner business. In addition to her Partner role, Elisabeth is also an executive sponsor for several customers in Europe and Africa. Throughout her 20-year tenure at Cisco, Elisabeth has held various global and regional roles, leveraging her legal background and change agent skills. Originally from Belgium, and currently residing there, she has also gained significant international experience, holding positions based in Cairo, Egypt and Hong Kong. Elisabeth holds an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and graduated from Catholic Leuven University in Belgium. Beyond her professional and academic achievements, Elisabeth is a proud mother of two teenage boys, enjoys working with horses in her free time, and has a black belt in judo.
